John Clarkson
Technology
John has over 20 years’ experience in commercial
software development in the UK, Australia, US and New Zealand. He has been responsible for the success of
some of Rad3’s trickiest and most challenging technical projects.
John provides expertise in analysis, design, project management, project control, specification and documentation.
When he is not in the office John enjoys cricket, football, hiking and tennis. He is a committed family man often found on a side-line cheering on his two boys.

Michael Hartley
Business
Michael has been involved within the software
industry for over 20 years. He has a wide experience in strategic planning,
capital raising, sales and marketing.
Michael understands our client’s needs and challenges and can help you understand how our expertise can solve your business problems.
Michael is happiest when he is on or preferably under the water - fishing, diving, surfing and spearfishing. Michael is often joined on these adventures by his wife and two teenage sons.

Greg Hart
UX
Greg has had an exciting career; professional
musician, tunneller on the UK/France “Chunnel” and now “User Experience”
designer. Greg has over 20 years’
experience in the software industry moving from web design through to
application design.
Greg’s creative expertise and eye for detail make Rad3’s solutions look as good as they work. User-Centric design is Gregs key focus when designing an interface.
When he is not at work Greg continues his quest for rock stardom; playing alongside some of NZ’s top musicians.
